Ilsa Whk

Brief: Create a red hover effect over all imagery & arrows which when clicked scroll to bottom and then when at the bottom arrow when clicked will scroll all the way back to the top.
Custom red highlight for when users highlight text.

Implemented for Mobile and Desktop.
